Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No Show Policy:
Jennifer Rose Hair Salon understands that life happens and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We want to make this as easy as possible for you and our stylist team.
A credit card is required to make a reservation. We require 24 hour notice to cancel a reservation. In the case that 24 hours is not given, the reserved credit card will be charged 50% of services booked. Any cancellations made same day and "no shows" will be charged 100% of the services booked.
Multiple cancellations will result in no longer being able to prebook without a 100% non refundable deposit for services being reserved.
