Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
• We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
No Call / No Show Policy:
• Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment and do not notify the salon will be considered a no call/no show.
• No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total to the card on file.
Late Arrivals:
• Clients arriving more than [15 minutes] late may need to reschedule and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Agreement & Authorization:
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy and give explicit permission to charge your card on file for applicable fees, including late cancellations and no call/no shows
